Privacy & cookies
This page explains optional website measurement on Pink Tomorrow Project.
Your choice
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Choose “No thanks” to browse without it. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. We remember your choice in this browser for up to six months. Withdrawing permission stops future Analytics collection and removes accessible Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already sent.
What Analytics measures
With permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and engagement, along with clicks to Amazon, email and Spotify where those links appear. Song plays are measured where audio players appear. This helps us understand how visitors find and use the website. Shop clicks are not confirmed purchases.
Analytics may process online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location and the site that referred you. Our tracking code strips query strings and fragments from page addresses and referring addresses. It separately records only a fixed set of campaign labels used by our own social and email links, along with the product and placement of shop links and prompt-card downloads. It does not send email addresses or form contents as custom events.
Cookies and advertising
Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits. Our configuration sets these cookies to expire after six months. Google advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our tracking code. We do not use this setup for remarketing.
Google and external services
Google processes Analytics data on infrastructure that may be outside Australia. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Any embedded players and external shops or social platforms operate under their own privacy policies. The Analytics cookie choice controls our Google Analytics setup, not those separate services.

Your Project email choices
If you request the Pocketful Prompt Card, we use your email address to send the requested card. Optional Project marketing uses a separate choice and email confirmation. Books and Project subscriptions are separate.
We record your adult confirmation, email address, chosen topics, consent wording and version, request and confirmation dates, signup source, email delivery records and unsubscribe status. We don’t ask for a child’s name, school, diagnosis or private writing.
Our shared Pink Tomorrow Books email service processes the request for Pink Tomorrow Project. Resend delivers the emails. Confirmation and preference links may open on pinktomorrowbooks.com and will be clearly labelled Pink Tomorrow Project.
Unconfirmed resource requests are removed after 30 days during subsequent form processing. Confirmed subscription and suppression records remain while needed to deliver your choices and honour opt-outs. You can contact hello@pinktomorrowbooks.com to ask about or remove your information.
Every Project marketing email includes preference and unsubscribe links. Unsubscribing from Project stops its queued marketing emails without changing a separate Books subscription. Email requests and preferences do not include Google Analytics on the confirmation pages. Your email address and private link tokens are not sent to website analytics.
